The effects of Selank synthetic analog of Tuftsin, representing the heptapeptide forming Thr-Lys-Pro-Arg-Pro-Gly-Pro, on behavior and serotonin/noradrenalin concentrations in brain were investigated in adult rats exposed to hypoxia during 14-16 days of gestation. It was revealed that injection of Selank (300 mkg/kg, i/p) increased 2--3-fold (p < 0.01) the sensory attention, facilitated 1.5-fold the learning capacity (p < 0.01), normalized exploratory activity in the open field and hole board, and recovered the balance of serotonergic and noradrenergic brain system activity. The data obtained demonstrate the possibility of Selank to compensate for long-lasting negative effects of antenatal hypoxia on integrative brain activity and brain monoamine level.  相似文献

In an attempt to improve the antitumor activity and decrease the cytotoxicity of camptothecin, 18 new 10-substituted camptothecin derivatives were prepared. The cytotoxicity in vitro on cancer cell lines and antitumor activity in vivo, and inhibitory properties of topoisomerase I of these derivatives were evaluated. Most of these derivatives possessed lower cytotoxicities than CPT, and the compounds 13, 21, 22, 23, and 24 showed similar topoisomerase I inhibitory activity to CPT. Analogues 13 exhibited the best antitumor activity in vivo among all derivatives we prepared.  相似文献

We report here novel array of gene cassettes found in single variable region of class 1 integron disseminated in Pseudomonas aeruginosa isolated from a teaching hospital in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province, China. 29 of 47 (61%) P. aeruginosa strains were confirmed haboured class 1 integron, and all the positive strains have the same variable region confirmed by PCR and RFLP methods. The variable region contained an unreported order of four gene cassettes aac(6′)-II-aadA13-cmlA8-oxa-10. Of those, cmlA8 gene was a variant of cmlA5 encoding non-enzymatic protein which putatively confer resistance to chloramphenicol. Susceptibility testing revealed multidrug-resistant mechanisms were involved in the class 1 integron positive clinical isolates. And the class 1 integron located on an about 15 kb transferable plasmid was certified by conjugation experiment and plasmid DNA analysis. The macro restriction profile indicated those clinical strains were clonally related. These authors contributed equally to this work.  相似文献

Aimed to estimate how forest floor cleaning affected the carbon budget and soil physical feature, a 2-yr (2005–2006) measurement on soil respiration, soil bulk density, capillary porosity, soil temperature and soil volumetric moisture was carried out in a larch plantation. Firstly, forest floor cleaning evidently decreased soil respiration. Annual cumulative soil CO2 efflux decreased from 44.2 μmol·m?2 a?1 to 22.4 μmol·m?2 a?1. Secondly, cleaning practice slightly increased soil temperature at the growing season, but reduced it at the dominant winter season. It also made soil moisture higher in summer, but lower in spring and autumn. Moreover, the cleaning practice induced more compact soil compared with the uncleaned control. Thirdly, forest floor cleaning of litters and understory shrubs could cause non-respiratory carbon loss of about 175.0 mol·m?2. This loss decreased from 175.0 mol·m?2 to 137.4 mol·m?2 when soil respiratory carbon loss decreased. However, the alteration of soil physical characters in the cleaned plots should be carefully considered since this alteration was not favorable to the growth of larch plantation in a long run.  相似文献

A novel series of trans-N-phosphoryl amino acid modified resveratrol analogues were synthesized and evaluated in vitro for their cytotoxic effects against CNE-1 and CNE-2 cell lines. These analogues showed good anti-proliferative activity, among which 8d, 8e, 8j, and 9d displayed much stronger inhibition effect than resveratrol and 8d showed the most potent activity with IC(50) value at 3.45+/-0.82microM. The anti-tumor effects of 8d, 8e, 8j, and 9d were due to the induction of apoptosis, confirmed by the DNA fragmentation and flow cytometry analysis using PI (propidium iodide) staining and Annexin-V-FITC/PI staining assay. The PI staining assay also showed that 8d, 8e, 8j, and 9d caused cell cycles arrest at G(0)-G(1) phase which finally led to cell apoptosis. Further mechanism study on compound 8d against CNE-2 cells has shown the PARP cleavage, which is a hallmark of caspase-3 activation, as well as the activation of caspase-9, and the intracellular ROS generation. These results all suggest that 8d induced a mitochondrial-dependent apoptosis pathway.  相似文献

A novel series of 10-benzyl-9(10H)-acridinones and 1-benzyl-4-piperidones were synthesized and tested for their in vitro antitumor activities against CCRF-CEM cells. Assay-based antiproliferative activity study using CCRF-CEM cell lines revealed that the acridone group and the substitution pattern on the benzene unit had significant effect on cytotoxicity of this series of compounds, among which 10-(3,5-dimethoxy)benzyl-9(10H)-acridinone (3b) was found to be the most active compound with IC(50) at about 0.7 microM. Compound 3b was also found to have antiproliferative activity against two other human leukemic cell lines K562 and HL60 using the MTT assay. The antitumor effect of 3b is believed to be due to the induction of apoptosis, which is further confirmed by PI (Propidium iodide) staining and Annexin V-FITC/PI staining assay using flow cytometry analysis.  相似文献

以近缘广布种泡沙参为对照,本文编制了濒危种裂叶沙参种群的标准生命表、存活曲线以及海拔2300~2400m、2700~2900m、2900~3100m和3100~3400m区域4个种群的生命表,存活曲线。根据其生活史,讨论了裂叶沙参各种群特定年龄的存活量、死亡量和死亡率等重要参数。裂叶沙参种群存活曲线属DeveyC型,1~5年生死亡率最高,个体最长寿命25年。而泡沙参种群的死亡高峰期是1~3年,个体最长寿命21年。导致裂叶沙参种群幼龄个体死亡的内在原因是其较弱的抗逆性和适应能力;外在原因是严重的干旱、外界干扰和群落内的光照不足。裂叶沙参种群适应不良环境的能力较泡沙参弱:在海拔2700m以下地区,由于外界干扰和环境干旱,除水份条件较好的特殊生境,大多种群呈严重衰退趋势,不能满足编表条件,只有海拔2700m以上区域的种群呈稳定或扩展趋势;而泡沙参各种群在不同海拔区域均呈稳定或扩展趋势,满足编表条件。从海拔2300m到3400m,不同裂叶沙参种群个体寿命呈:短长短的格式,与外界严酷较好严酷的环境相对应。这表明裂叶沙参种群在严酷环境条件下改变了其生存对策,缩短了个体寿命。  相似文献
